I forgot to say...I'm on holiday! So I'm not going to be on here much over the next week...
@AB0215 I normally weigh in on a Monday but I'll be without my scales until Tuesday 20th, so can I give you my most recent weight tomorrow (one day early), and give my following weeks weight one day late? X0 -

Nutrition calories almost exactly on goal, lots of protein, not much fiber
Exercise. Doubles tennis 75 minutes
I frequently do my check in the following morning, but today I am posting early to reinforce my finished for the day decision. I’m also confirming my commitment to get up early and either hike or swim laps, I’ll decide based on how early and how hot!
Favorite fruit is the one that is most in season, transitioned from berries to wonderful watermelon. But favorite veggie remains sweet white corn on the cob. Best time of the year for healthy eating!1 -

Beautiful day today!!! 58 degrees for my morning walk and it didn't get out of the 70s!! Spent a lot of time outside relaxing with the dogs and cleaning the bird feeders. Then took the dogs to the park for a nice evening stroll. Just a really nice day.🌄1 -

Goals/Day/Comments: With the rain coming in the early AM I just did 1 mile instead of 1.25 miles.

Exercise: Yes✅ got out with my local running group and got in 4.10 miles in an hour. That is definitely a PR for me to date!
Goals/Day/Comments: I had a major panic attack Friday night so I had to talk myself into getting out and doing this run. I am so glad that I did because I felt so much better and relaxed.

My mom needs to gain weight. I lost weight eating what my mom ate and taught me something about portion size and simple eating.
This week will be a little crazy again. I have a wake and funeral and then need to go back to my mom's ( She lives four hours away). I will try to keep up here but pardon me as life will impact this.0 -
