    I'm really pleased with my loss this week, it feels like my body is finally catching up with my efforts :smile:
    I'm really close now to my first mini goal : getting below 100kg (220,4 lbs)!
    When I reach it I'm going to a luxury hairsalon and getting a drastically different hairstyle: the new me! :smiley:

    The next goal will be to get to onederland, I have not made up my mind what will be my reward then, suggestions welcome!

    No strength as yet they plan it out as i go

    Slept a lot today! Got up and had a steak with a cheese omelet for my meal. Also, some strawberries while I drank my water.

    3 Yetis of lemon water. 90 ounces total.

    Yes....had an Iced Tea. So, 2 packets of Sweet n Low....too! 🤣

    Is anyone watching these Lifetime V.C. Andrews movies? (Weird stuff!)

    How in the world do you fit hip length hair in a tiny swim cap?!?!

    It mostly fits. I make a bun at the very top of my head. While swimming it does ride up a little getting the back of my hairline (back of the ears and neck area) wet. I wear it so I don’t have to deal with soaking wet hair right after swimming. Only a fresh wash and condition with get a comb to glide.
