    I must say, having lost 2 pounds last week AND making last week's mini-challenge has really helped motivate me!

    @annabananamc We can do that and good luck on your trip. I can understand your mixed emotions. We will be taking our daughter to college on Sunday (youngest leaving) and not sure how I feel about it yet.

    I hear you - I feel the same. Told myself that I would get back on track Monday, but it just hasn’t happened yet and I can tell my body doesn’t like “vacation” mode as much as I do. :D

    Tues: yes/yes/officially “no” as I was on a long on-call day at work so no time to exercise but my Fitbit clocked 16,000 steps, 25 staircases and returned me several hundred calories so I think my striding around the hospital responding to bleeps may have constituted being active!
