I’ve really been struggling lately and have been making bad choices when it comes to snacking. My breakfast, lunch and dinner is healthy but then I find myself snacking on crisps and chocolate in between. I don’t know how to get this under control 🙁0 -

Exercise: Yes, 3.5 hours walking, 1.5 hours weight training--Snatch, Clean and Split Jerk, Front Squats, heavy this week and took a while to complete. The walking was sort of accidental, went for an hour and a half walk with my neighbor and walked for an hour on my own and then I also cut the grass today.
Comments: Surprisingly good day. Stayed in calorie budget and was very active.0 -

So I’m going home today. (Well home where I live now with the hubby and boys). Spent the last 4 days shredding. Apparently my parents saved everything lol. We did find some cool stuff. My father’s grandparents marriage certificate from Italy along with the papers when his family became legal citizens in the US.

Rough day. Stressing about tomorrow's weigh-in. I will never understand the numbers that choose to show themselves on the scale. Like yesterday, I had a great day. Right on Target with calories. Over 17,0000 steps. Some pool time. 3 pounds gained on the scale!!! WTH??? Just have to stick with it and not let it affect me too much.0 -

@dustyspal That happens to me a lot, and it can be inflammation due to increased exercise and sometimes food intake, like something causes inflammation or doesn't agree with your system...etc, for me it's usually when I've lifted weights super heavy or for more reps, which I do because I train for competitive weight lifting and it's to a point where you have to look at things in an overall trend, I use my fitbit account to show me the downward trend (there are other apps you can use too) because really there will almost always be fluctuations and I swear it always happens to me on weigh in day.0 -
