I've got to get some kind of a reset going here. I'm working out consistently and weighing/measuring sporadically. Going to two parties today. Made Ghiradelli brownies last night for one of them and didn't lick the spoon or bowl. That is a huge NSV for me. But, I've got to be sure to make good choices at both events today. Then a concert with my good friend to see Tim Akers & The Smoking Section at a venue where there is food. Make good choices, make good choices, make good choices!!5 -

Well team, I've not been doing so hot for the last 24 hours. Been with my mother and aunt and old family dynamics really had me looking for an escape into food. Ugh, family is hard sometimes. Their visit is over and I'm back to my regularly scheduled program, lol. There's just something about being around my mom that brings out old resentments, habits, attitudes, etc. But I made it through with less damage to myself than usual so I have faith that I'm growing.
Knowing I have support from you guys has influenced me to shake the dust off and have tomorrow be a new day instead of continuing to spiral. Thank you!5 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.1 -
Today i got to go out for a walk...a big thing now as my four year old doesnt often want to go. I also did some dancing...worked out we do this better in the mornings as a family, so hoping we get back into a routine.1

Good morning! This is the last week of the month. Next Sunday we'll be in our new monthly thread.
I had a rough day yesterday. I tried to not give in to the endless supply of food but failed pretty epically. Today I am committing to leaving sugar behind and focusing on what I eat this coming week. I've really allowed myself to have things that are not healthy and conducive to a healthy lifestyle and that is changing today for me. What are you going to do this week to end the month well?

I completely forgot to weigh myself this morning!!! I think next month I'll switch to Monday weigh-ins, as my weekends have been busy lately! I'll weigh myself tomorrow for this week1
