Hey ya'll! Looks like the worst of Dorian is over in VA...just the last bit of rain behind the rotation at this point...and a few wind gusts. Lost power a few times but not for long each time. I actually went into work this morning at 7:30am...they closed up and let us all go at 10am. So I came home and cleaned a bit, worked out a little doing some step aerobics and walked throughout the house for a while.
Today's national read a book day so I've also read a little and had lunch. Getting ready to take a nap. Oh and no additional damages that I can see on the house. I want to get next week over with and the new roof and other repairs inside finished...I'm tired.

@vikster11111 I found it in the organic area of superstore (Canadian grocery store). It is dry not refrigerated. And it hits the spot without sending me into a pasta craving tailspin! Woohoo!!! I also got a black bean one from the same company that also has lots of fibre and protein. Aren’t we lucky nowadays to have so many better choices?2

My app now shows a gaining trend for the past 2 weeksI'm still not able to do a fat fast or OMAD. So hard to get back at it. I'm just so hungry. I think it's because I don't drink nearly as much water as I used to. That and salt. That will be my goal for the next week. I need to at least get back to 150 by Christmas, which was my weight last year around that time.
My biggest reason for it being so hard is cause I feel deprived of life. My passion is cooking, and with keto and fasting, that becomes very limited. But even doing keto with 2 meals a day, I'm still gaining. I need to get back to ADF. That's been the only time I've lost weight consistently.3 -
