My app now shows a gaining trend for the past 2 weeks I'm still not able to do a fat fast or OMAD. So hard to get back at it. I'm just so hungry. I think it's because I don't drink nearly as much water as I used to. That and salt. That will be my goal for the next week. I need to at least get back to 150 by Christmas, which was my weight last year around that time.
My biggest reason for it being so hard is cause I feel deprived of life. My passion is cooking, and with keto and fasting, that becomes very limited. But even doing keto with 2 meals a day, I'm still gaining. I need to get back to ADF. That's been the only time I've lost weight consistently.3 -

Celebrated my youngest's birthday tonight. I'm not sure what I ate prepping....but even though I didn't feel that I overdid dinner, and only a small piece of cake...I'm super full. Hopefully it was just the tea!4

Better than nothing.
Went out for a terrific Italian dinner Saturday to celebrate my wife's successful completion of PhD comps oral exam. She passed "with distinction", evidently 90% get sent back to the showers to redo this or that. Now she gets to start her dissertation--oh joy! I'd as soon put needles in my eyes as work on a PhD.
@kmfeig87 is a pound from goal--lets cheer her on!! Fantastic.5 -

Went out and bought a fitbit today with my dogsitting money. Now to get it set up and see how different it is from the phone tracker.2
