Im so sad two days ago I was 189. Wish that was my weigh-in day lol. I was so happy to get under 190. I did eat homemade chicken soup for supper last night and it's high in sodium so maybe it is just water weight?! Lol we will find out next week!4 -
Good morning! Thank you to those who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. This week’s mini-challenge is to try a fruit or vegetable you’ve never had before, or you thought you didn’t like and report in to let us know if you've changed your mind. Detox with green vegetables. Green leafy veggies help to de-bloat and flood your body with vitamins and minerals. Choose bitter greens like arugula, watercress, kale, chard, mustard green to support your digestion.

I have been suffering from back ache again since 2 and a half months.Body alignment and numbness of leg occurred.Tomorrow is my MRI scan again.Please do pray for me.

I dropped to 135.6 one morning this past week! I went to yoga M, T, Th, F, and Sat. This past week, and I think it helped! I also walked 43 miles. Hoping to keep the downward trend going. Goal is 135 by end of September. This would put me back at my weight levels of 2012 before pregnancy!9 -

For the first time in 154 days I was in the bright shaming red. I didn't even know it did that. I have been so good, for so long. I have been working so hard to exercise, eat right, stay under calories... I just don't know what happened today. It was like something snapped. If I saw it, I ate it and I ate all of it. It was surreal. A nightmare. I feel awful.
It's like I'm in my 20's all over again, only then I'd have purged. Now, I just sit here feeling miserable.4 -

I cheated and weighed in today to see if last week's effort came through. It did 😁😁😁😁😁 I can't wait for Friday guys!5 -
The mini challenge will be hard for me this week. It's hard for me to think of a fruit or vegetable that I don't like. Maybe I should go explore the store and try to find something new. 😎1

It's just one day. You can take control back starting NOW. Let it go and focus on moving forward. Don't let PERFECTION get in the way of PROGRESS!1 -

Oh my gosh, me too...I eat so many different ones all the time--I have been a vegetarian over half my life...I am really going to have to think for this one!1 -
