    Im so sad :( two days ago I was 189. Wish that was my weigh-in day lol. I was so happy to get under 190. I did eat homemade chicken soup for supper last night and it's high in sodium so maybe it is just water weight?! Lol we will find out next week!

    Good morning! Thank you to those who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. This week’s mini-challenge is to try a fruit or vegetable you’ve never had before, or you thought you didn’t like and report in to let us know if you've changed your mind. :wink: Detox with green vegetables. Green leafy veggies help to de-bloat and flood your body with vitamins and minerals. Choose bitter greens like arugula, watercress, kale, chard, mustard green to support your digestion.

    Sort of... it was my daughter's 3rd birthday and her party was at an inflatable park so I was jumping around with her and friends 🤣

    For the first time in 154 days I was in the bright shaming red. I didn't even know it did that. I have been so good, for so long. I have been working so hard to exercise, eat right, stay under calories... I just don't know what happened today. It was like something snapped. If I saw it, I ate it and I ate all of it. It was surreal. A nightmare. I feel awful.

    It's like I'm in my 20's all over again, only then I'd have purged. Now, I just sit here feeling miserable.

    Oh my gosh, me too...I eat so many different ones all the time--I have been a vegetarian over half my life...I am really going to have to think for this one!
