I am thinking to ask the same thing Steph. What is zinger meat?1

Thank you @volgirl1322 , @LadyBlanks , @LiLee2018 & @mistymeadows2005 . Finally managed to overcome it

KFC Zinger is very popular here Its a spicy version of the KFC Original Recipe. As KFC OZ puts it - Zinger is made of 100% breast fillet chicken coated in Zinger flavouring, lettuce and mayo all perfectly matched to deliver a spicy flavor hit. To us, the zinger batter is crispier, a little spicy and we just love it Over here, we have a few choices - Zinger Burger, Zinger Box, Zinger Chicken, Zinger Strips and now with the Footy Finals, we have Zinger Pie...yummo
Hope this helps to explain a little bit about the KFC Zinger

Good afternoon OMADers ❤️😘
It's a lovely 16°C today and we are enjoying the sunshine ☀️ But of course come Summer in December, we will be screaming too hot!!!! 🔥🔥 I think Spring & Autumn are just nice👌😉 1 more week to go and it will be another 2 weeks of school holidays. Kids are already excited about it😅 Are you guys having school holidays soon or just going back to school?
On the OMAD front, I broke my fast at 12pm today. DH wanted coconut rice with chicken curry, pickled vegetables, sunny side up egg and deep fried spam coated with egg. So, that's what I had for OMAD today. DH remembers that I have to have more eggs in my diet. Had to skip the spam though as its in my No-No List🤣🤣🤣 DH has a list on his phone as he consulted the Doctor about my new diet😅 I am happy that I managed to zumba for 45 mins yesterday evening and finished my 2L water bottle😁 This 2L bottle is working for me👍😉
Good luck with you weigh-in, you guys🤞🍀👍😘❤️
Have a wonderful weekend❤️🌹

@mistymeadows2005 - Thank you Yes, that 2L bottle is actually forcing me to drink it up DH is very diligent when it comes to ensuring that I get better...0

Good evening OMADers
Could only go online now as we have been busy. As its the weekends, we had to travel 45 mins to another bigger town to get our grocery. So, as always we had McDonalds for lunch. Kids just love the bigger towns as there are fastfood restaurants there. In our little town, we have nothing much...
Weighed myself this morning and I am soooooooo happy that I am now 53.6kg. So, I have another 3.6kg to go till I reach my GW. I really wonder if the eggs are helping me or the 2L water...hmmm. Whichever is helping me, I am very very happy with the results. Thank you
On the OMAD front, broke my fast at 1.30pm. Since we went to McD, I had the Chicken & Cheese Burger, some fries and 1 small coke as we ordered the Family Meal Package which consist of 4 burgers (1 Big Mac, 1 Quarter Pounder, 2 Chicken & Cheese), a family size chips and 4 drinks. After that, we went to the supermarket and I bought some grapes to finish my OMAD with. So, the total calories for today - 1076. I also managed to zumba 45 mins this evening. On the liquid front, I had 2L water, 1 coffee, 1 diet soda and 1 small McD coke.
Hopefully, this not TMI...if it is, my apologies. Ever since I added more eggs into my OMAD, I am not as constipated. I can even do #2 without taking Senna (Senokot) and that's a huge thing for me
Hope that you guys will have a wonderful weekend For us here, tomorrow is going to be stormy rainy day.
Take care and may the OMAD force be with you

Good evening OMAD-ers ❤️
The weather has turn crazy for us here. We have sunshine in the afternoon and when the sun goes down, Mr Frosty comes to town. 2 nights of 0°C and I have fallen sick with fever and flu. 🤒 I am just not as strong anymore😩 Hopefully my 2 kids will not fall sick too. So far, only DH and I are down. 🤒😩
What's worse... school holidays are here. Last day of school is this Friday. How can we go off for a short family visit if we are sick?! 😢😒😩 Really hope DH and I will get better soon🤞🤞🤞
Ever since I fell sick, I did not do OMAD or any eercises. Thankfully, I could still finish my 2L water per day.
Hope you guys are having a better time than me😘 May the force of OMAD be with you guys😍😘❤️0 -

Good evening OMADers
We just came back from a beautiful family wedding which is 6 hours by car away from home. We traveled down to NSW for my cousin's wedding on Sunday. Thank goodness for mobile phones and 3DS or both of our kids would have drove us nuts... We had 3 wonderful sunny days of 20°C over there. Didn't really OMAD as all our family and relatives were there I decided to just eat normal. At the family event, I had a few comments from my Aunties that I should loose some pounds. Some of my cousins also commented that a size 8 is too big and I should slim down to a size 6. Having my Mom adding on to why I am not thin & slim didn't make the situations better but I came out alive... Yes, I know that I am not in the "thin & slim" category yet but I will be soon
Thank goodness I am 90% back to pink health and I am back up onto my OMAD wagon once again. Its really good to be back home as eating normal is really NOT normal any more for little old me...
I OMAD around 1pm today and the total calorie intake for today is 1014. As always, I will try to exercise in the evening. I am really hoping that I can manage 30 mins today as I have not been exercising for a while So...fingers cross for this evening! As for liquid intake, I did very bad for the 3 days at my cousin's wedding. So, have to get back onto my water wagon and get in that 2L per day.
I didn't weigh myself last Sat as I was not feeling well. Come Sunday, I totally forgot about it as I packing and preparing to drive 6 hours to my cousin's wedding. So, I am really hoping this coming weigh-in I will at least maintain at 53.6kg... fingers cross!
Have a wonderful Wed, you guys!!!

Sorry for the comments at the wedding! But glad you survived.
Best of luck on your future weigh in1 -
Is your family Asian by any chance? B/c that crap sounds like things my mom (Korean) would say to me. Like damn... yall can talk about other crap other than my weight/size which is none of your damn business or concern.
You're doing awesome girl! You get to whatever size you're healthy at and comfortable with.1 -
@volgirl1322 - Thank you Have gotten use to those comments We did have a ball of a time at NSW and we loved it there0
-
@LiLee2018 - Thank you And yes, Mom is from Malaysia..so, she is Asian. As you know, weight/size is like THE MOST IMPORTANT topic ever and with my Mom & Aunties watching the K-Dramas, it ain't helping much either... Oh well, that's life and we just have to live with it...1
