    For the first time in 154 days I was in the bright shaming red. I didn't even know it did that. I have been so good, for so long. I have been working so hard to exercise, eat right, stay under calories... I just don't know what happened today. It was like something snapped. If I saw it, I ate it and I ate all of it. It was surreal. A nightmare. I feel awful.

    It's like I'm in my 20's all over again, only then I'd have purged. Now, I just sit here feeling miserable.

    The mini challenge will be hard for me this week. It's hard for me to think of a fruit or vegetable that I don't like. Maybe I should go explore the store and try to find something new. 😎

    Oh my gosh, me too...I eat so many different ones all the time--I have been a vegetarian over half my life...I am really going to have to think for this one!
