Hi all, I'm just home after 6 weeks vacation in Switzerland and Ireland. It was great but excess of great food. I would like to be added for October in Gutbusters again please. I am going to try the Keto diet which is basically cutting carbs. Thank you4

Hello fabulous gutbusters! It's Sunday evening here in the midwestern USA and I am reflecting on the last month...as most of you know, I am about to turn 40 and am not really looking to lose much weight. (I am 5'8' and 140ish pounds). I lost about 50 pounds 20 years ago in college and have pretty much maintained that with no problem. I am now just trying to enter this new decade with lots of healthy habits (lifting, cutting sugar, sleep, reading) so I can feel better and healthier. I also notice that weight gain happens more easily now! UGH!!!
My birthday is in 2 weeks and i just want to publicly re-commit to this here! Makes me feel good.
I have been doing ok, but sugar and treats are creeping back in and I just don't want that--they don't make me feel my best. So, onwards...to a new week and a fresh start each moment. Cheers, team!7 -

I survived my son's birthday party yesterday with just the tiniest piece of cake - I baked it so tasting it was a moral obligation. Today, hot wings and bleu cheese for lunch nearly did me in. Sunday is the hardest day for me but I dutifully ate a naked salad for dinner and snacked on a banana and snap peas.4 -

Another gain no excuses. Ankle almost back to normal played two or three games. Gym once I have appointments at the gym tomorrow am. Getting closer and closer to the obese label. New day tomorrow. Let’s eat health and exercise. Peace

I attribute these lost pounds to dedicating most the week to walks of over a mile and light strength training more so then diet.6 -

Have any of you tried Lasso yogurt frozen "ice cream" bars? I tried the coffee ice cream with chocolate chips tonight, such a delicious treat and only 100 calories!

I love the Yasso bars! My favorites so far are the chocolate fudge, and mint chocolate chip... Yum.... Without the guilt! Win win.2 -

@kellystarrn I had your wk 2 weigh-in as 256.5 - is your wk 3 weigh-in 265 or 256? I know its easy to transpose those numbers But I also know (from personal experience) that 10 pounds can be gained in under 2 weeks. What's happening girl?0 -

as for the thought of a mini goal challenge, how about take the stairs instead of the elevator challenge. hahaha. just a thought.
There’s 15 steps for each flight at my job and I’m on the 3rd floor. I normally take the elevator but I’ll do the stairs this week. My apartment is on the 7th floor. Not sure if I’ll do all those but I’ll try. I’ve done them before when our elevators are out of service and I dang near die but I’m gonna do it lol2
