Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, did some cooking and prep for the week
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes6 -
I thought I’d make it but today is my fourth pass. I got a good workout in but I’ve gone over on calories. I’ve just been hungry all day and instead of occupying my mind and keeping busy I’ve been laying around on the couch eating peanut butter from the jar and fistfuls of home made beef jerky. Lol not a bad way to spend a rainy Sunday...9

Exercise: Yey! 7 mile hike with over 3200 feet elevation gain.
Calories: well under today. I guess it makes up for the well over of yesterday ;-)

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, three walks, a dog walk, on the treadmill at the gym, and just now a fast sunset walk in the nearby national park (total about 115 minutes). My knee injury continues to improve. I could walk a little faster today.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. I took my 88 year old neighbor out to eat at her favorite Chinese restaurant and still managed to stay under for the day.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, as closely as I could since the restaurant has no calorie count and no website. I guesstimated a little high.7 -
I stayed within my calorie goal, my exercise was acoustic guitar today and I logged all I ate!!7

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes... house chores. Vacuumed the stairs, upstairs (moving all the dressers, nightstands, etc.) and standing on my head to get under beds. Short walk up in the city to attend my granddaughter's philharmonia orchestra concert this evening.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

Today may be our last nice and sunny fall day. Yesterday was a drenching cold rain with 4" of downpour.
Late in the day it was nice enough to go out for a walk in on the very moist ground of the farm pastures.
Calories: well under my limit
Tracking: good
Exercise: 67 minutes of cardio/strength workout as I begin the fall 'get ready for hiking season in the desert"4 -
