    Today may be our last nice and sunny fall day. Yesterday was a drenching cold rain with 4" of downpour.
    Late in the day it was nice enough to go out for a walk in on the very moist ground of the farm pastures.
    Calories: well under my limit
    Tracking: good
    Exercise: 67 minutes of cardio/strength workout as I begin the fall 'get ready for hiking season in the desert"

    I Decided to DIET again on Oct 26, 6 months post reaching my Maintenance GW. My pants were tight & I knew I’d feel much better about myself if I could get back to my 2019 New Year’s Wt by 1/1/2020!

    I’m Only up 3 lbs but I’ve been gradually creeping up the past 4 months. Time to prove to myself I can lose again.


    Ex: 7 min walk. Unhealthy Smoke-filled air.
    Calories under (Set a lower calorie goal! And not counting exercise )❣️YES!! Under!!
    Tracked all 🌈
    Pass days: Oct 1-4, Oct 10, Oct 23, Oct 24, Oct 25, Oct 27
    Exercise makes all the difference for me!
