Met Calorie Goal 🚫 I almost marked this as done but it felt like lying to myself. My goal is to stay between 1200-1300 calories. And I’ve been considering raising that to 1300-1400 but after talking with my husband decided I’d stay at the lower goal for at least one more week and I did go slightly over today (1329).5 -
Yes to all 3 today but it was a struggle. If I didn’t have to check in here, I might’ve said “who cares” and grabbed that extra snack I wanted tonight. Instead, I jumped on the treadmill and then spent time with my pets. Took my mind right off the snack, so obviously I wasn’t hungry and didn’t need it. Goals all met!!7

Yes indeed.....@Bill70sStrong it was a beautiful fall day here in SW Michigan. Got the bike out for a quick 5.3 mile 25 minute ride this afternoon for a bonus on top of another 20K steps.
Stayed out of the exercise calories again today with 1777 and everything got logged.

Yes .x. 3Got up early went to the canyon in the not quite frosty air. 35 degrees I think it was.
Ugh, had another flat tire. This time front tire and this time 3 miles in.
So two flats on two consecutive canyon attempts. I have been without flat for a couple years. Now two in a row. Lesson learned, I gotta have a better repair capacity. I had to walk 3 miles.
Actually think that was good for my knee.
But sometimes I get 20 or so miles outbound. That'd be a lot of hours of walking to get out of.
Meantime I think I will just do hill repeats of no more than a mile outbound till I get my tire reliability dialed back in.5 -
@BuddysSurrogateGrandpa1 Sorry about your two flat tires, but all in all, that canyon sounds like a fantastic place to walk.2
