@Wishusdonna I'm so glad Eric was benign! It became real huge, I'm so glad you were able to have it removed. Sounds like you had a great day yesterday, getting outside in the yard/garden is great for the soul. Be careful not to overdo it.

@nbbaby you just put your weight in the post on your day. The downfall of taking sleeping meds is feeling groggy the next day. Your treatment sounds interesting, is it a form of acupuncture? I've had needles but not freezing, sounds fascinating. I've tried a lot of random things for pain control but am always interested in new things. I'm glad you're part of the group!

@Mrmcgrath glad you had a great day and were able to enjoy food without feeling bad!

@AustinRuadhain Sounds like you had a great day! Decluttering is always a pain to do but it's so nice being organized when done.

    Thank you

And no the needles are not acupuncture (I wish).
They're big needles and they put the freezing into different muscles where the nerves are, when they hit the nerve then he pushes the freezing in. It hurts because it hits the nerves but after 24-48 hours it better. It let's you stretch out your muscles without all the pain. So your range of movement is greater. So then when you move or exercise (walking for me) it doesnt hurt as bad.
The specialist does it at the pain clinic.
You should look into it. Theres a big long name for it but I never remember it lol. I'm usually stuck in bed for about 24 - 48 hours after I get the needles because I can't walk around without excruciating pain. But then I'm good you just have to start stretching as so as you can.

Yes I hate how groggy you feel the next day after taking the sleeping pill too.

@Katmary71 - Sorry - I was making notes about Monday goals, so the organization work isn't done yet. It's in process though! I just spent an hour on it! πŸ€“

@nbbaby - 🎈 Congratulations on a great weigh-in! And perfect -- you found the right place to post it!

@TeresaW1020 - Zowie! Thank you so much for all your work making the October Steps Challenge happen! I think you are helping all of us stay moving, which is just so great! I know it was super motivating for me just to submit my daily steps count, and had me walk more when I didn't so much feel like it. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

@Jactop - You are indeed the Queen of Steps. You inspire us all! πŸ‘‘πŸ‘£

@mrmcgrath - It sounds like you had a lovely impromptu vacation! Hurray! πŸ₯³

@Wishusdonna - Your work on your health sounds great. I loved seeing the photos of your allotment! And what great exwercise getting all that work on it done! 🏑πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ”₯

@hinemoa2088 - Wow! You had a monster day for steps! πŸ‘£πŸŽ‰

That sounds very cool, I'm glad you found something that works for you. I could see why you'd prefer acupuncture needles to these! I know after nerve blocks it always took awhile to bounce back. I haven't been to a pain clinic for a little over 2 years so I may not be up on the latest treatments. I'm glad you're able to move after the injections, that's great!

    Monday Check-in
    Calories: under
    Water: over
Exercise: lots of housework and putting up my Christmas! :)

Hubby and I had a wonderful weekend getaway and I bought a bunch of new clothes for the upcoming winter months. They all just barely fit which means I had to get right back on my plan today or they wouldn't be fitting much longer. :)

Steps for 11/3 were 13,138 (lots of mall walking and trying things on!;) )

It will be my first weigh in tomorrow on November group. I’m new to this so how do I counter this just weight I lost.

I’ve joined the gym for the first time in my life and loving it and doing lots of exercises ..... weight loss slow since I started I have lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks. But feel I’m toning up already.

    Have a good day all

    steps nov 4 -- 11750

Gym challenge yesterday- I wanted to do a better workout but didnt have much time bc of work. I did 30 min mobility work. On the bright side this is really helping my hips, legs, not to hurt so much from tight muscles.

Sleep challenge- I think yesterday was no eating before bed. I have a cooking class Mon and we always sample so I didn't make that one.

    Cals on track yesterday.

Water yesterday not so good, bc I travelled a but for work, and I had a meeting etc, I always drink less when my schedule is like that.
