I’ve been having a hard time being 100% committed lately. I’ve been tracking but my exercise and eating are just to quite good enough and the scale is not moving. I’m loosing steam. I need to find a second wind to get pass this hump. Trying to take it slow and steady this time around but right now I’m a little too slow. Trying to not beat myself over it and find the motivation to keep going. I’d love to loose 6lbs before the holidays.7 -

@vivalavida Chris Crowley in his books on fitness recommends finding some physical event that is worth training for and has a specific date. Then train to be fit for that event. Recently one of my young law partners chose to sign up for a ruck sack hike. He trained for a couple of months and had to learn the sport. It gave him a new goal.

I had a looooooooooooooooooooooong day today. Presented in the afternoon and again in the evening.
I'm a yes x 3, only because I got 43 minutes of treadmill in this morning before work.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk and then a 68 minute walk at the gym. I was very happy to walk 30 mph without any knee pain the whole 68 minutes. Hopefully, my injury is almost healed.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, several hundred under (I prelogged and kept to it) -- but MFP says it is down for maintenance, so I can't close my diary for the day
