Daily Post: 11/19 Monday
Track: I did until I made my husband's birthday cake...then there was a lot of beater licking involved....and a couple of tablespoons of my caramel cream cheese frosting...damnit! I need to forget how to cook/bake (this happens every year)
Calories: not sure...pretty close considering all I had before the frosting was my lunch salad and some crackers...tomorrow's scale will tell!

Daily goal: Keep my NSA friends busy finding new recipes for me. Tomorrow-yeah, I'm not there yet!2 -

I woke up this morning feeling horrible-muscle aches, fever, snotting everywhere...not enough to stop me from doing all the crap I had to do today, just enough to make me miserable whilst doing it. Tomorrow we are doing Joel's 40th birthday party (ghostbuster themed-because it is the 4th anniversary of his 10th birthday) so my eating is going to be horrible. The caramel cream cheese frosting I make is the kicker. Maybe I won't be able to taste it and that could save me!2 -

Exercise: Yes. Couldn't go for my regular workout. So, I did what I learnt last week. Took a 20 minutes break, timed myself and walk round the building making sure to do the stairs at least 2 times. Did some stretches and back to work. It felt good.2 -
