    Daily Post: 11/13 Wednesday
    Track: no-I had a day off and spent the whole day working and fixing things around the house
    Exercise: mowed some grass to winterize the mower/shed cleaning day/cleaned & scrubbed cabinets.
    Calories: probably over, but pretty close
    Daily goal: Mischievous holodeck stuff. Tomorrow-make some amends about mischievous holodeck stuff.

    Track: yes
    Calories: Under by almost 600
    Exercise: Yes. 2.5 hour walk, 30 minutes weight training

    I still feel a bit bleurgh and lack energy even my PT commented on it! It will be a gain this week as I've eaten at maintenance.
    1 month to my consultation. I need to sort myself out and get going again!

    Exercise: None. Was up for most of the night so took some sleeping pills and slept for almost 19 hours! (I suffer insomnia so they're prescribed pills!)

    I'm not surprised at the increase in weight. It's been a hard week!

    I'm really trying to keep up with it these next 2 weeks. I'm am SO super busy at work...3 people out and everyone is wanting off for the holidays. I'm sorry that I am not being as supportive as I should, I am keeping up with the posts and weight, I just don't have a lot of time to respond individually.

    It's been a very busy week for me at work. I have not been able to login as I will have liked to. But, I am impressed with myself for the way I have made up my mind to track even if it means on a sheet of paper. Transfer to MFP whenever I can. Also excuse myself for a workout even for 20 minutes. The result is very encouraging. I have written my experience down for a reminder and encouragement that I can do it.
