I woke up this morning feeling horrible-muscle aches, fever, snotting everywhere...not enough to stop me from doing all the crap I had to do today, just enough to make me miserable whilst doing it. Tomorrow we are doing Joel's 40th birthday party (ghostbuster themed-because it is the 4th anniversary of his 10th birthday) so my eating is going to be horrible. The caramel cream cheese frosting I make is the kicker. Maybe I won't be able to taste it and that could save me!2 -

Exercise: Yes. Couldn't go for my regular workout. So, I did what I learnt last week. Took a 20 minutes break, timed myself and walk round the building making sure to do the stairs at least 2 times. Did some stretches and back to work. It felt good.2 -

I didn't even try to log all the foolishness that I have eaten today! We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and we did ghostbusters theme (his fave childhood movie) 3-4 cupcakes later....some chips....some dip....a cheeseburger...fries....I think that there was a lollipop in there somewhere too....oh...and some ice cream. Festivities are still on going! Having a blast though!4
