Wow. Terrible weigh in! Yesterday it was high due to stress. I don't think I've seen a 4 pound stress gain before, without corresponding stress eating (Tuesday wasn't such a bad eating day). Today I think it is 100% fluid retention thanks to IV chemotherapy drugs. My legs were definitely retaining fluid. This should make for a good showing next week though, as long as I don't decide to feel sorry for myself and eat cake. That being said. Can I change my weigh-ins to Wednesday? That should avoid the chemotherapy bloating (although there are only three more treatments) and will also help when I return to my regular workout schedule. I think Thursday frequently ends up a little higher as I workout pretty hard on my usual Wednesdays.2 -

I think I called the stress gain/IV gain correctly. Today I was down 3.5 pounds from yesterday. That bodes well for next weeks weigh in! Happy weekend everyone!

Saw Santa last night! The Coca-Cola Santa Truck was parked outside the grocery store where I work. Dragged my husband and step-son with to take pictures of the truck and a co-worker talked us into pictures with Santa.
