Almost made the 10,000 steps today. Should have worked a little harder. Sunday is usually my day to go a little over on calories. I think I went about 200 calories over.
I am in physical therapy for my back again so I'm now getting in a little more different kind of exercise a couple of times a week. They are focusing on upper body strength and core exercises.0
