    Exercise? For sure. 55 minute walk plus grocery shopping and cleaning. 11.5k steps total for the day.

    Within my calorie goal? You bet!

    Tracked everything? Indeed!

    Had another new low today (125.6 lbs), just .6 lbs above the top end of my planned maintenance range. I can't imagine December would have gone this well without this group! Thanks!

    I need a pass day I think the holiday finally got me to much merry and not enough exercise start again tomorrow.

    Pass. A journey which usually takes 3 hours took 6 so there was no time for exercise at the end.

    @nodm Thanks, I appreciate the encouragement. I agree, work smarter, always.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk and walk for myself, over 3 hours
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes -- but I think I'm eating too much. The extra food and sweets over Christmas have pushed my appetite buttons. Need to watch it.

    I knew I was playing with a smaller amount come supper time, but didn’t crunch the numbers until after the fact....big mistake. Another lesson on why planning and looking ahead are key to a success path. Pass day 3 for me!

    Weekly out to eat evenings are hard to fit exercise in. I have to be more resourceful or get up earlier on Fridays.
