Long day at work. Had to cover for my colleague who was sick as well as my duties and all the stuff we are covering for those on leave. I did get lots of fishy kisses as I worked seals for both presentations. Then dinner with the family. Brother asked for roast beef so mom made it. I ended up 5 calories over my upper limit which is better than I expected as I enjoyed left over gammon instead of beef but had lots of Yorkshire pudding.
Only 2 half days until I get a break...6 -

Checking out a little bit early but I'm still fighting dizziness from vertigo. Made a pot of turkey noodle soup with my husband's help. I've eaten pretty low the last couple of day so calories aren't a problem. Exercise is tough though.
Exercise: Yes, two 10 min hip therapy sessions and 10 minutes of Epley maneuver for vertigo which doesn't really burn any calories. Not sure I'll be able to finish out the exercise part of the challenge this month but I'm going to try
Calories: Yes, even with very little exercise I was 200 calories under my goal

@Hollis100 Thank you! You are so right. I have learned to make time for what is important even when the schedule is tight. Sitting trapped in a car for hours is a good way to sabotage NEAT so I focused on that. I’ve learned to work smarter, not harder in my personal journey. It’s nice to share the journey with you and others on here. Good luck on your journey. ☘️
Today is a x3 day for me. It was not difficult because I earned lots of cardio up and down hills.

My back is improving nicely since I began working with the exercise physiologist. Today when I went out to the barn to lift bales of hay and to rake and shovel horse poop, my back had already been "prepared for movement' by 35 minutes of careful active stretching. Total exercise was 35 minutes of active stretching and over an hour of barn activities.
Calories: well under my limit
Tracking: good6 -
Pass. A journey which usually takes 3 hours took 6 so there was no time for exercise at the end.2

I knew I was playing with a smaller amount come supper time, but didn’t crunch the numbers until after the fact....big mistake. Another lesson on why planning and looking ahead are key to a success path. Pass day 3 for me!3 -
