I read the posts and am intrigued by the challenge. And since I am starting on Day 2, I have already used up my first Pass. But for Jan 1:
Exercise: yes, 5 mile run
Calories: fairly confident I was way over

I was traveling home from a NYE party and then went to the movies with my family, so I will use my first pass!

Calories: Hotel breakfast, movie popcorn, and Taco Bell dinner, pretty sure is WWAAAYY over!

Stay under calories? Yes, plenty of room left in the diary and planning roasted veggies and garbanzo beans for dinner.
Exercise? Yes - took down and put away all the Christmas decorations, swept and mopped and then moved all the furniture back where it belongs. Now cleaning and purging my office space. I logged 1 hour of light cleaning but it'll be much more than that. My biggest New Years resolution is to declutter and simplify my home, life and space.

Decluttering & Simplifying your home is life changing. It reduced my stress (and my husband’s) and helped us have space for new hobbies rather than bing overwhelmed or crunched for space.
Plus, I did it in ways to Maximize my stress it when I felt like eating but wasn’t hungry!!! Such a sense of accomplishment & calm.3 -
