Exercise? Yep. Went mall walking with a friend, which ended up including some shopping. But my Fitbit said 21 minutes active, so I made my 20 min! Also got new shoes, so yeah! 10 k steps for the day. And core exercises ... right after I post this. 😁

Goals/Day/Comments: flew home today. Connecting flight delayed. 12 hours door to door. Airport observation - when trying to get exercise in at the airport, when you run by gates, people think you’re running to catch your flight ... but when you trot by the second time, you start to attract some attention. I made 3 loops though - 40 minutes.

Took a wal at lunch over 1 mile a hair over 22 minutes, logged and stayed under.
Trying to focus on eating more plant based and not doing to bad will keep it up hope to make this a bigger part of my lifestyle9 -

I HAVE to do my Beachbody workout tomorrow. I plan on getting before the kids, even though it's Saturday since I missed my planned workout this week.I went for a walk and I did a lot of housework today. In addition to my workouts, I plan on walking this weekend because it is supposed to be nice.8 -

Exercise: The iWatch says I burned 770 kcal move calories during 101 min of exercise, which included a 30 min run/walk, being on my feet at work, walking home for lunch, and a compensatory stair climb to stay under in terms of calories today.
Calories: I’m one calorie under (after a compensatory 16 flights of stairs). I always try to eat all my calories and also eat all my exercise calories back. I just do much better when I’m not starving. I ate a lot of vegetables and fruit today and am happy with my nutrition summary, which I always find motivating to look at.

Since we’re talking about flowers: very excited about my 5 year old orchid that is flowering again for the first time, in the middle of Chicago Winter! I have more than 30 house plants and find them quite beneficial in terms of my mental health.13 -

Felt ravenous today, dinner was amazing and filling and feel good now. Made smoothies for the next few days, the first of which crushed my wife’s ice cream craving (no sweeter)
