Yes x 3
Came home from work, tired, really didn't want to do the 20 minutes of exercise, but then thought about the challenge . . . I dragged myself and dog out for a walk, and ended up feeling so much better. It's funny how when you're tired, you don't want to move, but doing it is just what you need.10 -
Today, I continued to work on the muscle between my ears and focused the art of restraint.
It’s hard work! : )
Another yes x3 day earned and on track by a comfortable margin.
I don't plan on using any passes soon but tomorrow is another day.
Have a successful day tomorrow all!8 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 90 minutes walking at different speeds
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes ... including 3 pints of blueberries over the day7 -
Date: January 3
Exercised?: Yes but under 20
I did pilates moves that I remembered from the on demand video. Situps 10 reps leg circles 10 reps each leg bridge held for 20 seconds
Under Calories?: Yes
I am pushing myself to lose 1 lb a week..might pump it to 1.5 then 2 gradually.
Tracked?: Yes I tracked all the calories consumed
I need to make a correction because I am using two applications I got confused. I am using Fitbit along with this app. On the Fitbit it said that I went over my calorie count yet I still have calories left on Fitbit which I will not be eating tonight. But this application I actually didn't go over..I just checked and I have over 1,200 calories left which I will not eat tonight. I think I might have to quit the Fitbit app to avoid any confusion. I don't understand how I am under the calories count here but, slightly over and yet still have some calories left on the Fitbit app. Does anyone know? I don't want this to mess up my chance to be part of the winning circle.3 -
3rd January
Exercise: Yes, did about 90 minutes walking in total. Walked to the swimming pool, 15 minutes, only to find my card had run out and I had no money on me, so walked back - 15 minutes. I'll go today. Walked to organic shop, to get some stuff I cannot get in my local super market - 20 minutes there and back - and walked to the museum to see the Soulages exhibition.
Calories: Yes, stayed under
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Lost some more of the 2+ kg I'd put on over the holiday period.7 -
@craigo3154 in contrast to you & your admirable 6 pack, I keep mine abs more modestly covered and protected by adipose tissue which I have affectionately acquired and preserved for decades14

Since we’re talking about flowers: very excited about my 5 year old orchid that is flowering again for the first time, in the middle of Chicago Winter! I have more than 30 house plants and find them quite beneficial in terms of my mental health.
@yellobird13 Congrats on your orchid, and congrats to you for perserving and taking care of it while it was resting for all those years! Now that it's blooming, I wonder if you'll find that it blooms more regularly from here on.
