@SillyCat1975 It does start tomorrow, if you have last sunday's weight, we can use that as your starting weight and tomorrow would be weigh in number 1.0 -

My weight last Sunday is the same weight as my start weight 230. I know that the spread sheet is up already but, is it too late to change the weigh in date to Saturday? I want to start the week fresh knowing what needs to happen to change for the next week, if that makes sense. Saturday is my big workout day at the gym in my home. I weighed myself today and I weighed 229.3, I lost 0.8 lb. If I can change the day I promise I will not change it again but, if not, no problem cause I don't want to give anyone trouble or a headache. Thanks.0 -
