Thoughts: did OK today. I did have chocolate and felt like I shouldn't have, but I didn't go nuts and I'm still under calorie limit (just) so it's OK.
I'm a little worried about tomorrow evening, on Fridays I spend the evening with family and we have a chippy tea and watch movies. Obvs chip shop chips are not low cal friendly, and I don't know whether to save my calories for the evening, or whether to relax a little and not worry too much.
I weigh on Saturday and I so desperately want a loss and don't want to ruin it at the last minute haha

I am committed to logging the good the bad and the ugly, and I logged it all yesterday. I went over my daily burn even but nothing dramatic. I went on the scale again this morning and I am nearly 2kg (1.9kg) under what I was on 1st of January. Maybe my body needed little bit of a rest and one day eating at maintenance.
However I would like to do better today.

I was happy to get it though because I had been using my old Wii fit balance board. It wasn't very convenient. But I would never think to get a new scale while I was out somewhere that sold them.
I also have access to one on one weight management coaching through the program but haven't used it yet.

The only “problem” is that I always put a 0 in the food challenge section(since I haven’t participated in it), but for some reason, there is a 1 in place of the 0 whenever I go to put in the stats for the day. That’s not a problem for me if it’s okay for you, just ignore that column when you calculate weekly results. 😅

Thoughts: so I avoided the chip saga. This cold is really hanging around and has settled on my chest so I convinced my sister to make chicken and vegetable soup for us tonight. It was bloody lovely (as always, it's on of her best dishes) though I had no idea on cals so have guessed. I tried to over-estimate the calories but no idea to be honest.
I weighed this morning as I couldn't wait, but will weigh again properly in the am and update my weight
