Exercised?: No, I don't usually exercise on Sunday because it is my day of rest but I excercise the rest of the week.
Goal/comments:I am tracking my food and calories though. I might need to do something on Sunday.. but, I just weighed myself today and I am losing a little weight at a time so, I am seeing progress.
