I made it to the kitchen today and warm up my food that my sister precooked for me. YAy big improvement.

Celebrating the small things so I may appreciate the bigger improvements when they happen😉😉

Well done that's a fantastic loss.

Good Morning! I did pretty good yesterday as far as exercise. I decided to quit smoking last weekend. which I have done well at and I'm still smoke free. Yay! But yesterday I found that i was eating everything and ending the evening with ice cream and lots of hot fudge. Ewww!
Today is a new day! When I woke up, I did some strength arm exercises. (which is my biggest trouble area). This will be a better day!

Quitting smoking is an amazing accomplishment! Even if you went over in calories, think about how much healthier you will be overall without the nicotine! This is a rough time for you, but the longer you last the easier it will be to not shove other stuff in your mouth! 😉 In the meantime, be proud of what you have accomplished so far! Have you tried chewing gum? My husband quit smoking 5 years ago and he still has to have gum at all times. Like we order it in bulk off amazon. Lol.

    I’m proud of you!!

Thank you so much :) It's been almost a week and is difficult at times. Especially with my coffee in the morning. But I can't give up my coffee too. Ha ha. I did get some gum the 3rd day in and it helps alot. I don't know how I did without it.

    Nice loss congrats

Thanks! I figured the first week would be a decent loss because of how terribly I have been eating the past few months. Every time I "start again" I drop 10 lb quickly, then it slows down to a practical pace. Lol

Yay! I applaud you for quitting smoking. I know this process is hard right now especially because you're trying to lose weight as well so I found this little diagram for U of tips to help you quit smoking while losing weight; I hope this helps.

Also try to precut fruits and stick them in the fridge or by the frozen strawberries or mixed fruit so when you have those strong cravings eat a few pieces of ice fruit will taste good but won't had a huge amount of calories.

    Just an idea

    Track: Yes
    Calories: Yes
    Exercise: Yes, 1 hour weightlifting.

Comments: The last 2 days I've been getting up around 4:30 am to get in my workouts before work and my allergies have been getting me the last couple days so I actually took allergy medicine when I got home and it just knocked me out so I fell asleep without getting in any walks yesterday, which I am not super unhappy about really. Probably just needed the rest anyway.
