So as I am starting my new regimen I ran across the Pomegranate juice and decided to add this juice to my regimen at the end of every day.
So just wanted to share with you the benefits of the POM glad I decided to add it to regimen while I shopped for my food online yesterday.

Had my appt with weight loss doctor and she like one of the regimen that I was on previously so told me to go back to it and told me to decrease my water intake by 10oz as it could be the cause of dspynea or SOB. Wow learned something new. Also put me back on the Wellbutrin as it help not only with my anxiety and depression but it help curve my appetite as well.
