    I'm 24 years old and this is my first baby. Due August 23rd :)
    I gained about 7 lbs between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Oops. I'm not mad though. It's my own doing. I'm guessing that I'll likely lose some or most of that during the first trimester, as my appetite has been crap.

    Goal: 15-20 lbs

    The midwives have me up by 13, but also have my entire weight as higher starting and ending (they weigh fully clothed at the end of the day so eh whatever). I've been doing some prodromal labor and went to the hospital last night for some testing. All is well, but we're dilating and effacing and are unlikely to make it all the way to due date. Fingers crossed for 37 weeks though! Keep cooking little buddy!

    Still feeling nauseaus somedays, yesterday was a good day and my appetite came back and i want to eat everything lol 🤦🏽‍♀️. I hope i can control it and start eating healthy.

    I feel like I'm doing pretty good in spite of hardly ever going to the gym in the last month due to a scheduling conflict with my husband, and now the only time I get to see him is the time I would have normally spent at the gym.
    We talked about it last night though, and I'm going to start going after work again. We'll still have a couple hours together to relax, its just not what we're used to and its going to be a weird adjustment. I can't NOT work out, though. And this pregnancy is making me so tired that there is no way I am getting up at 3:30 to hit the gym before work at 6am.

    Goal: 15-20 lbs

    Week 4 starting weight: 162 lbs

    I'm 38 and this will be baby #3. I gained a lot of weight during my first pregnancy but kept it in line for #2 - doing well actually had to do with this group and holding myself accountable in this very thread! I look forward to checking in with everyone here again!

    My starting weight is around 8# higher than with my second pregnancy so I'm hoping only to gain 10-12lbs. I plan on tracking my food and working out 3x per week minimum.

    Goal: 10-12 lbs
    Height: 5'2"

    I see the Dr. tomorrow for my first time too! Hope your appt. went well @LKL84 :) This week I was a little on a crabby side haha. I ate decent but I would like to be more active.

    Congrats on your little man @noel2fit! You'll have to let us know how the PP boards are! They weren't very active after my last one and I really missed communicating with the new moms I had met on here.

    Its TWINS!! OMG i still cant believe it, i’m so excited also i’m freaking out.
    Not sure exactly how far along i am, the ultrasound tech couldn’t tell me. And i talked to my doctor and she doesnt know exactly, she doesnt specialize in twins and babies are measuring different so she referring me to an obstetrician. It does look like i’m a week ahead, but i’m just going continue where i am at for now till i know for sure.

    @sardelsa thanks. No i didn’t get my levels checked. I was feeling more sick and more exhausted than i was last pregnancy. It did cross my mind but i never really thought i would be.

    I have been walking more but would like to try and start running again. My Dr. gave me the green light so I'm hoping to this weekend. We have snow on the roads but it's supposed to melt so hopefully I can go outside. I am drinking tea 2x per day, coffee in the morning and water throughout the day. I would like to try and drink more water and less coffee.

    Well I’m still trying to wrap my head around the positive test and everything it’s going to mean for this year, but I know for sure that I want to be healthy, whatever happens!

    I haven’t scheduled a dr appointment yet (it’s on the list), so I haven’t gotten to lay out a goal weight, but I’m still overweight, so I’m hoping not to gain much. I tend to gain quite a bit because of exhaustion, but since I’m starting off in a better place than ever before I’m hopeful for more self-control this time.

    Wowzers 3lb gain this week 😨. I know i’ll have to adjust my weight gain now i’m carrying twins, it says to gain 30-50lbs. But 3lbs in one week is too much. I’m hoping some is water weight and it goes down a bit in a day or two.
