It's has been a hazy day as the smoke from the bushfire has travelled down to the South West. Asthmatic people like my DS and myself had some problems today but thankfully with the asthma pump we are A-OK. 👍
Didn't weigh in this morning but I am happy that I did my #2 today. I didn't even take my bekunis pills. 👍 Hopefully, Mr Scale will surprise me tomorrow 🙏🤞
Had my OMAD at around 1.30pm and the total calories is 1092. Managed to zumba for 45 mins this evening too💃 As for my liquid intake, it was just too hot today and it was iced green tea, ice water and ice diet soda. As per my little fitness watch, I clocked in 25863 steps and burnt
435 kcal. ⌚😁

Good evening OMAD-ers 😘
Smoke haze is still lingering in our little town due to the bushfire. I guess we just have to be more careful and stay indoors as much as possible.
Guess what I have been up to today? I made twisted donuts. We ate it with sugar, dipped in strawberry jam, chocolate sauce and Nutella. As I am keying in my calories, did you know that 1 twisted donut has 126 calories? Naughty me ate 2 for my dessert. So, the total calories for today us 1192.
Managed to zumba for 45 mins and started doing thighs and legs exercises as I have thunder thighs😩 We will see how it goes 🤞
As for my liquid intake, drank 1 pot of green tea, 1L water and diet soda.

As you can see, my weight loss has slowed down😢 It's like my body is fighting with me😩😩😩 I ain't giving up, am hanging onto my wagon even if it's a rough and bumpy ride 🤦♀️🤷♀️🙍♀️
OMAD - 12pm. Total calories was 1099.
Exercise - Zumba 30 mins & sumo squats 10 mins
Liquid - 1 pot green tea, diet soda and 1L water.
Hope next week will be a better week for me🙏🤞🤞🤞
