I sat a desk for almost nine hours, between work and my online classes for my graduate program I just started. I’m trying to be more conscious about my snacking. I hope that’ll help me with some of the weight loss. At this point, losing half a pound makes me happy.2 -

Calories nope, well I am not sure actually. Long story
Exercise 90 mins weight training, 60 mins treadmill, 45 mins cleaning my downstairs carpet and I tried my first 60 min yoga class, which was far more challenging than I thought it would be.
Comments Ran out of energy today and looking back I can see why.

Hoping to be back to feeling more energized this week. At least my sluggishness didn't do any damage to my weight loss.
New week for me. Dinners out to get through.1 -

@caloricus Nice loss! Diet is really the primary factor in weight loss and exercise can of course help, but even when low energy, sticking to your diet will get you where you want to go! Nice job!

Because of a scan yesterday at hospital, I was under calories. Because I couldn't eat until scan was over. Which was 3pm. Messed my whole day up. Today's a new day!
Hope everyone has an amazing day!2 -

Well I thought I did really bad this week but came out of the week ok. I’m having a health issue right now that’s keeping me from doing a lot. I packed on the pounds between the holidays but I don’t think it would take long to fix the damage I just need to start! I’m still a lot better off than I was last year at this time.
New goal is to be 180 or below by the end of May.1 -

@batgirl140 I think taking it slow is probably a good way to go. That's something I am currently trying to work on for myself. I am having a hard time adjusting my intake to reach my last stretch of my goals. I do really great for a few days and then get super hungry. So I have been focusing on what maintenance would look like this week and I think I am slowly going to take down my calories from there starting next week. I think that I just need to re-evaluate what I am eating and what I really need to adjust to lose and reduce slowly from there, I'm thinking 100 calories a week for a few weeks so I don't notice the reduction. Maybe something like that might help you.
I do think it's really great that you recognize all the progress you have already made, even if you did take a step back and gain a bit during the holidays.2
