    Steps for 1/18/2020 is 19,143.

And again, I say, rejoice! What a great weekend of stepping you have had! Care to share your secret?

Well, if I have to share, the job I have requires me to walk outside in large circles checking different things.

What a blessing! There are days, when I have to be in the office all day, that I have to literally make myself get away from the computer to walk the halls or the stairways. I figure if other people can take smoke breaks, I can take walk breaks! On days when I’m out in the schools, getting steps in is easier but I only get the kind of steps you’re logging on days when I can go on a hike. Those days are increasingly few and far between lately.

It is a blessing. The down side to it is that my body is used to me walking. Walking does not really do much for my weight loss. It may help my health which is good but not for loss.
Of course the unique thing is since I've had a fitbit it records time active. So I'm 9 hours active at work and then I go run afterwards when I'm not ill.
I'm glad you escape your desk. Maybe a future career is as a hiking guide?

Oh man, yeah. That would be my dream job! Maybe in retirement! One can hope, right?!?

    Sunday Check In

    Calories: under
Exercise: got up early and took a long walk before getting ready for the day; then walked a lot during the day as well.
    Water: probably not enough.

Feel like I did pretty well this weekend! Overall, I think it was a win.

    Sunday check in-
It's been an interesting week. Lots of ups and downs and oops and "what the..." and the occasional yay.
    PW: 211.4 ( I think)
    CW: 211.6
I am trying to keep in mind that this may be due to my cycle (usually I show an extra lb or two during) but, since there was no 'gain' this time, I assume that means that I should lose next week. We'll see. Trying to stay positive. :)

    Goals this next week:
    Keeping with the water goal.
Going to the gym at least 3 times this week.

    Monday Check In

Calories: under and the kitchen is closed!
Exercise: great 30-min ride this morning early and will have over 10k steps.
Water: still not drinking enough all day long. Ugh.

Tomorrow is hubby’s birthday so calories will likely be over. I have a salad packed for lunch already, but dinner will be a challenge. Gotta make good choices. Drinking lots of water all day would help if I’ll just do it!

    Sunday:
I had a class all day, so I didn’t get in a workout. Or, I should say; when I got home, I didn’t feel like working out.😁

    Exercise: none
    Water: not enough
    Calories: within goal

    Monday:
Exercise: running for 1 hour and 40 minutes of circuit workout
    Water: 2 litres
    Steps: 12,000
    Salad: yes

    Week 3 weigh in.

    Previous 315.1
    Today 316.1

😡😡😡😡. Sorry team no green for me today. This is typically the point at which I completely give up. I’ll have 2 good weeks and then have a gain and then want to just quit. Trying to push through and have a strong week this week.

Don’t give up. This is a new week and you get to start fresh.
