Steps for 1/25 = 6,852
I'm spending so much time with the baby, I'm not getting in the exercise I need to. It's too cold to walk her outside in a stroller yet. Looking forward to doing that when it warms up. But in the meantime, I have to do a better job making myself exercise. Some mornings, I have been able to get up early enough to ride my bike before work, and it FEELS SO GOOD when I do that! Just starts my day off with such a good mindset and mindful eating is better on those days as well. So, my goal for this week is to start my day off with exercise at least 3 of the 5 work days. Even if I can only squeeze in a 15-20 min ride, that's better than nothing. I've only got 4 days to lose some weight to be in the green and tomorrow is a travel out of state day, so that won't be good. Gotta get my Mojo going!0 -

Thanks for your comments, MFP helps with all the support loving this group. I have just stuck to 1,500 cals in average at 1,300 last week and burn out was about 2,600-3,000 per day so going for 2-3 ibs a week. That’s 10 the last two weeks now so don’t mind seeing some consolidation for a week before going down again. Got a few days away end of Feb so will be good next few weeks. Already signed up to Feb. Here we go again! All the best with your goals.4 -

It has been awhile since I increased my step goal. I have it set at 8500 steps and I am going to increase it to 9,000.0 -

I have been in a real slump this weekend - no exercise and very few steps. I did a lot of meal prepping today - decided to do that instead of exercise. I feel like I am set up for the week and now just need to get my body moving again.
Goals for tomorrow:
1. Workout in the morning
2. Walk at lunch

Exercise: 7.6 miles on the exercise bike; made myself ride before starting my day and that felt great!
Water: did good today!
Monday's opportunities:
Will be traveling all day, so I have to make wise choices in food.
Exercise goal--hope to get home in time to do a bike ride, but that might not happen. Steps will be almost non-existent because I'll be in a car all day.
Carry my water bottle and keep refilling it!1 -

Steps were low due to being in church all day. I may not have walked a lot but it was a blessed day.1 -
I'm just setting up the February spreadsheets, cleaning up the January - general maintenance. Have you all looked at the FINALE column in your spreadsheet? It is CRAZY GREEN! There is only one red number so far.
