    Daily Check-in: Saturday 02/02

    Calories: Under
    Water: 2.250L
    Steps: 18,139
    Exercise: 2 hour /10k walk

Happy Monday team! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I did a little mini challenge with a couple of MFP friends to maintain or lose weight over the weekend. I really struggle with weekends and usually have a 2 lb gain come Monday morning. I started at 191 Saturday morning and this morning I am at 191.6. I know it’s a gain but compared to the usual 2 lbs I consider this a big win for me.

Yesterday was crepe day in France so I’m gonna go ahead and blame that small gain on the one crepe I allowed myself to eat lol.

@lindamtuck2018, do you know if there’s going to be a habit tracker for February? I found it very useful:)

I will post the January week 4 and final steps tomorrow. If you don’t have your steps in yet, you still have time. Still looking for more steppers for the February challenge.

    Hi everyone.

My name is Jen and I’m one of the team’s motivators. I am in my mid 40s, married with two kids, work full time. I live in Calgary, Alberta Canada.

I’ve been part of this challenge group for a while now. I follow calories in and calories out but I’m not doing a great job of it since October of 2019. Trying to improve in every aspect of my journey.

Today was a huge fail in every way, I didn’t ppmake myself a priority, let work get in the way. I find it very hard to balance sometimes. So tomorrow is a new day (and a warmer one which is important for walking at lunch!)

    Goals for tomorrow:
    1. Work out in the morning; even if it’s only 20 minutes
    2. Walk at lunch
    3. Drink 100oz of water
    4. Check back in here tomorrow night

Way to go, team!!! What a great January we had. Now let’s dig in and keep it going!

    Monday Check In

    Calories: under
Exercise: bike routine before my morning shower and walk in the neighborhood after work.
    Water: 60 oz

I’m liking the early exercise bike routines even if I don’t do a whole 40+ minutes. Hopefully I will continue that!

    Steps for 2/2= 14,071

Thanks for continuing the step challenge. It’s silly that such a little thing motivates me to walk a little further or take the stairs. Every little bit helps!

Hello! Sorry I'm late on recording this. Can I change my weigh in day from Sunday to Monday, please?
Also, I gained a pound :( I'm not shocked. I'm under a lot of stress.
