    What do others report on weigh-in days that coincide with period bloat? Seems a bit daft to report increased weight if you know it's just PMS.

    Everyone reports reality...that way you can watch for trends on how your body handles periods, trends, gains, losses, stress, etc. Helps you know what to expect given what you've seen in your history.

    Sorry - I haven’t logged or paid attention to my diet this week. My mom had a stroke over the weekend and we are basically living at the ICU. Hopefully she will be out of ICU within a couple days and I can start back up again. Prayers for my mom, Rita, would be much appreciated 🙏
