Good Morning, I hope everyone has an amazing upcoming week.
I personally wish the weather where I am would warm up, but we are expected to get snow most of the week. I am so over winter. I would really love to be able to get outside a little more and the bad weather adds stress and time to my commute, which is already an hour and a half on a good day. However, I will still make exercise a priority, and focus on being under calories thus week.
I feel the same about winter. Where do you love @panda4153? That is quite the commute.0 -

I listened to a podcast recently where the speaker said she had three large bottles that she filled up at the beginning of every day. She had to get through all 3 to get her water goals. Sometimes I get so busy I don’t remember to get up and fill up my water bottle. Having a few at my desk would definitely help get the water in.2 -

I fell today when I was out will Molly. I twisted my back and jolted my shoulder. The pool should be good for that tomorrow. One of the reasons I dislike winter so much is I am always afraid of falling. I fell in 2009 and had 3 surgeries on my knee over a period 5 years. So I guess this is where the fear comes from.1 -

I live in Colorado Springs, CO but I work in Golden, CO which a town West I’d Denver. I love my work which is why I’m willing to make the commute but we’ve had a rough winter and it makes it more challenging for sure1 -

This week I have felt like an alcoholic who has fallen off the wagon, but only with food. I almost didn't come here this morning, but I'm glad I did. Just checking in here with you folks is encouraging and helps me get back up and brush myself off. Sorry I've been MIA. I need to be present here, even if I'm struggling. Just seeing @mari_moulin 's icon about "Keep Showing Up" makes me feel better. Here's to a better day--one day at a time!
I am flying to Florida tonight for just the weekend, but it's not going to be very warm until Sunday. I usually am able to get in lots of exercise while I'm down there, so hopefully it won't be TOO cold. I will need to be careful about my food choices, but other than the grouper nuggets I'm sure we will have, I can do baked or broiled seafood. I think I need this break though, even if the dieting thing doesn't play out perfectly.
