    I started IF last week. I did it before and it worked well. I stopped but now that I am back to it. My eating window is 4 hours. I am enjoying not having to think about food. Is anyone here doing IF?

    I am. I do 16/8. I don't think I can do a 4 hour eating window. But the 16/8 is working for me and its something that I can do long term.

    Is anyone else having problems with the MFP website version? I haven't had a home page or food diary for 2 days now. Yesterday, I got on the forums for about 15mins and whenever I tried to go to my home page, it told me the site was down for maintenance and I couldn't get back on. Tonight, I can get into the forums, I can get on the homepage (can't comment or like anything) and still have no food diary. Tech support says they are aware of a problem, but it has been 3 days now.

    I did 16:8 last year and that with calorie counting helped me lose 35 pounds last year. The beauty of IF is you can create a window that works for you. I hope you have much success with IF.
