I am. I do 16/8. I don't think I can do a 4 hour eating window. But the 16/8 is working for me and its something that I can do long term.
I did 16:8 last year and that with calorie counting helped me lose 35 pounds last year. The beauty of IF is you can create a window that works for you. I hope you have much success with IF.3 -

@TypingToaster There are a lot of inaccurate database entries. I would look at those and start getting picky about which ones you use. Do you use a food scale to weigh your food? I couldn't do it without mine!1 -

There are a lot of people traveling this week and it is the last week in the challenge, so participation is way down. Everyone is still doing a great job though, so I imagine that March is going to be an awesome challenge. GO TEAM FLAB-U-LESS!!0
