I just realized I posted last week's weigh in in the February group. Sorry! Anyway, last week I was at 144, this week I'm down .2.still in my goal, but frustrated because i gave it 100% this week. Thought I'd see a bigger loss. Ah well, I'll keep on keeping on.5 -

I had a fever this morning and felt like doo doo so I called in sick. Pretty sure it’s a cold with having only sinus symptoms but playing it safe. I already put in for the next several days off due to a trip I ended up canceling so no contact with others in my near future. Stay healthy my friends!4 -
I'm really losing track of my goals. I haven't worked out in 9 days and I completely binged out on snacks yesterday. I'm definitely in a downward spiral. I usually track my weeks from Sunday through Saturday which means I'd keep on this path and start fresh on Sunday. That's too long. I am starting fresh today. I can do this. Please help hold me accountable!3

@TwinMomma2019 you can do this! I've been there when I bought a ton of candy and told myself that I just had to finish it and then I'd restart. I'm proud of you for recognizing this and not waiting!3

Calories: 2000 a day without exercise and eating back between 50-80% of my exercise
With the corona and all and my gym being closed for almost a week now, it is harder to get my exercise in, i try to do my home workouts, but definatly not the same amount of burn. I should watch my eating better coming weeks to not let this get out of control

Like everyone else this week has been challenging. I work in mental health so I'm still working and my facility cannot close. My gym remains open but I've switched to working out from home to social distance as much as I can. The good thing is there isn't any junk food in the house so it kind of forces me to cook and stick closer to my diet. Hope everyone stays healthy and safe!3 -

I’m sooooooo frustrated. I upped my exercise goal/# exercise days, and I was doing great. Then the quarantine stuff hit. I’ve been moving from my bed to my office to my couch everyday. I am JUST starting to get back into a healthy mindset today. Better late than never, I suppose. I just am sooo fearful of gaining more weight. My highest I’ve been was 172.8, and I am creeping right back up to that point. Ugh...I’m so frustrated.5 -
