There's a Low Carb bakery you can order from based in California. I've had a couple of things. It's good.1

Sure.
4 oz nut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 oz greek yogurt (if you want carbs or calories lower, do 8 oz nut milk and no yogurt)
1 scoop peanut butter, vanilla, or chocolate protein powder (optional)
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1. Thoroughly combine chia seeds and milk.
2. Add yogurt and thoroughly mix again
3. Add optional protein powder
4. Put in refrigerator for 1 hr + (ideally overnight)
5. Pull out of frig, pour in serving dish and top.with peanut butter
6. Top with a layer of nuts (i used 14g walnuts and 14g pumpkin seeds
7. Top with whipped cream
Note: If you don't use a protein powder, i would recommend adding some sweetness (1tsp vanilla extract, some unsweetened cacao, cinnamon, etc...).0 -
Going to post a few very high carb meals. I incorporate periodic refeeds (~2-3 weeks), especially I get leaner. Its largely based on some of the evidence on refeeds/diet breaks, but also to help with my performance and to keep me sane. As you can tell, they are still nutrient dense foods. I did the refeeds the past few days. Back to Keto today.

Keto Ahi tuna bowl and garlic butter shrimp.

Keto chicken parm over broccoli with crushed tomatoes, basil, spinach, and sautéed peppers and onions.

Chopped Swiss Chard, Chorizo crumb and cheddar omelette. With some bacon rashers for good measure.4 -
A winning breakfast combo if ever there was.

Onion, garlic, basil, anchovie stuffed aubergine, with mozzarella and tomato slices, topped with chopped capers
Popped in the oven for 40mins, these were lovely.

Poor-mans-currywurst, with cheese and homemade sauerkraut and some grain mustard.

Salmon, crisped up salmon skin (I love this bit), asparagus and cottage cheese.

Peppered burger with cheddar on wilted spring greens with garlic, a side of red cabbage, chilli and garlic sauerkraut, and some cucumber with mayo.
Needs more fats and less protein really ...

Haha, psuLemon, We had taco salad tonight with 3 avocados worth of guac, bwahaha! And lots of lovely black olives.

Local asparagus is in BUT it's $5.98 a lb right now.....mmmmm so tempted, I am spoiled by the flavour and don't even like to buy Washington grown stuff that just started its season last month.
