    FINALLY, stopped going up and started to go down. The schedule did help. I am going to try to walk the beach. A friend of mine is allowing me to park in her driveway. So my plan is to leave my house around 5 am and walk the beach so I am out of their driveway before they need to move the cars.

    Well still gonna tweak some things im not in panic mode yet. 6 lbs gained in the last few months. Learning to live with out a gym and making my home a gym. Struggles are real and i know im not alone. Have a great weekend all.
