    April 12: 25 minute walk
    April 13: 30 minute walk
    April 17: 120 minutes heavy cleaning
    April 18: 50 minutes walking and 10 minutes tap dancing
    April 21: 45 minute walk & 30 minutes light cleaning.
    April 22 : 90 minute walk, 2.5 miles
    April 24: 45 minute walk

    Still not consistent, but I am being more active this month than the month before.

    4/26:
    I was feeling a need for rest yesterday but got motivated in the afternoon, closed all my rings and clocked nearly 17k steps. Because we didn’t plan ahead, my saboteur of a husband influenced bad decisions so hopefully the activity balanced things a bit. I’ll be back on plan today with a fast and being more active and have planned meals for the day. Looking forward to a Move More May and some consistent clean eating as the temps start to rise. Hope everyone is hanging in there. Where has this month gone??

    All weekend: all the slothing. Lack of sunlight is not good for me.

    Today is the only sunny day for the rest of the week. I AM GOING OUTSIDE.
    Lunch run, after work walk and maybe dinner al fresco. :)

    Horrible weekend. This house arrest is starting to get to me. Running out of time consuming projects and thus have too much free time to over eat. Must get my thoughts back inline.

    4/27:
    Another good day! I closed all my rings and got about 15k steps but didn’t feel like I was as active as normal. Guess it is okay to chill now and again. Eating was on point but I did wake up hungry today.I intend to get my 16 hour fast in so hopefully work distracts a bit from my grumbling stomach. Stay healthy everyone- we got this!

    I ate 61g of carb. little over my goal.

    Looks like it's not raining out now and the temp is in the 50's!!I am stepping out for lunch run!
    So happy to see sun and not having to wear heavy coats. Been waiting for this!

    Hit a new mini-goal today: 30 pounds lost! Only 12 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. It's been going slowly, but my 3-month trend looks fantastic.

    Was not in a good place mentally though and so between that and being busy hand-sewing cloth masks all evening, my NEAT and step-count wasn't great.

    But if you aren't into an activity goal and just want to work on plan Basics too that fine with me. Anything you want to challenge yourself with that is health related works for me.

    Why is it so hard to resist food with carbs? Urgh.

    I haven't checked in for a while, my days have been busy and stressful.

    Mostly, met goals with only one day of the last 5 being over carb and one day being over calories. One day missed the step goal and one day didn't close the Fitbit ring. These were different days. 4/28 was a perfect day and met all goals.

    I'm not sure if I'm ready for May. My mood is not quite in the right place. I've been furloughed for 13 weeks starting next week. I'm not feeling real happy about the situation but I'm comparing myself with coworkers and I have to stop that.

    I'll "see" everyone in May.

    4/28 check in:
    Closed my rings for the day and ended up with a bit over 15k steps. I won’t even go into the calorie side of things. Let’s just say I ate all the food. Onwards and upwards.

    I have some workouts to make up since I was doing work on the other house this weekend, but I should be caught up by Sunday...food is mostly on target...all in all a great month wrapping up!!!

    The rains held off until about 4pm so I was able to squeeze in a hilly yard stomp. I no longer count time but it's probably btw 1:10-1:20. I walk until I hit 10k steps. Got 11.8K steps for the day. I should get more. I'll work on that for next month.

    Did excellent yesterday. Got my workout in and ate great. Skipping breakfast helped save cals.
    Will have to do that every now and again.
