    rainy and chilly here so no outside work for me today. Plan to spend today's cleaning time in the kitchen - window, and 3 cupboards over stove and frig.

    Exercise- Stength Training and 2mile walk
    Hydration- good

    Friday Goals
    Stay green for calories
    Workout before work starts
    Eat light during the day abs save enough calories for stuffed shells and French bread dinner.

    May 1st finally back on it after an awful few weeks.
    Weight 222.4lbs
    Hope to lose 8lbs
    Walk much more
    Record my food
    Do some exercise and yoga
    Most important job though look after my hubby who had a coronary bypass yesterday ❤❤

    Hey, y'all let me know when the next step challenge begins. I want to start posting steps again. I think I want to move to the Cheer Squad for May, but I'm going to try to be accountable to my steps here for now. I'm SO VERY GLAD it is finally May!

    Normally, I wouldn’t be happy with a gain but earlier in the week I was up 8 pounds. I have been 2 days binge free and I am going to try to reign in my weekend eating. I am planning on a nice walk today as the last few days the weather didn’t cooperate.

    Today’s goals
    1. Walk 5km
    2. Drink 8 cups water
    3. Tai chi
    4. Stay within calorie goal
    5. Log all food

    And a quick tip - if you do not see the new chat thread in the list of Discussions on the main F2F page, just click on "All Discussions" at the bottom, and the full list will appear. It always happens when we add the new month that there are just too many active discussions for the number kept visible on the home page, so this way you can see them all.

    YES! Got my crap together this week and made more efforts with my eating and got my workouts in. Sticking to IF still and did a couple of OMAD days.
