Not logging, trying to eat alright, not taking time for self care but trying to force exercise most days..... cant deal with the scales at the min sonwould like to be on cheer squad for this month if that's okay? I'm going to work towards logging again and will aim to be more active here ready for a full return next week3 -

Did slightly better with food and staying active than last week, hopefully next week will again be better than this one! I think there will be a mini woosh in the near future, considering I lost 0.6 inches from my waist and a full inch from my hips since April 29th, but weight has stayed more or less the same.
Considering the habit-building process, things should be getting easier week by week. My feet are slowly getting used to increased step counts again, and my body is getting used to smaller amounts of calories.3 -

Lovely run this morning, went out for 7 miles and it was so nice I went for 10. A shame I didn't have water and gels as I think there was more there. As a bonus going out at 6:30 I saw 4 cyclists, 4 dog walkers and one fellow runner in 7 miles on the trail, lately there has been that many every 1/2 mile.4

Taco Tuesday/Cinco De Mayo got the best of me this week. As well as a mandated OT shift at work yesterday, in which I was not prepared for as far as food wise. Lesson learned. I need to make sure I have a go bag for when I have only 30 minutes to wake up and get ready for work. I think instead of eating before I leave... I'll delay my breakfast a bit until I'm hungry and hopefully start my day from there for when I get mandated again. Wish it was more but still happy with what I lost.5 -

Not much - really thought it would be better than that - but at least it's in the right direction.

Good on you for doing this. I hadn't heard about #IRunWithMaud before, though of course did hear about Ahmaud Arbery's tragic and senseless murder.
Thanks for the video link, was good material. Lots of laughs, but also unfortunately, on this topic, comes with a sense of guilt, frustration and hopelessness. Another good comedic view with an Australian flavour is John Oliver's three part series (now 6 years old, but still holds up)1 -
