    @cmhubbard92, please change my step goal for last week to 10,000. That is my normal goal; I was just having a painful knee day when I decided my goal was 8,000. Since I had no trouble all week getting over 10,000, then 8,000 seems like sandbagging!!

    Good morning Yall! Sorry bout last week, I got way off track with meals and house repairs Yesterday (blown water line thus resulting in a blown furnace capacitor and switch) :# . Took me a bit of research but I got it all fixed up! B) I'll post Saturday's weight but if its too late to count I understand I'll make sure next Sat is entered on time.

    Great job on the losses this week! I have my workouts planned for the week, just need to focus on my eating. My 7 yr old is doing a virtual cooking camp this week and she's making lots of treats so it will be a test for my self control!
