I didn't do a lot yesterday, other than my workouts and a load of laundry. I didn't even get to the grocery store, and we are completely out of milk! I have had to put cream in my coffee...it tastes great, but I don't want to drink my calories!
Even though I was "under" yesterday, I need to make different food choices. I had cheese and crackers for lunch; there is nothing wrong with that except that it is higher in calories and lower in volume, and I was hungry yesterday!!3 -

Hello TBBT.

My goals are to walk 7000 step at least everyday.
Do 3, 30min bodyweight workouts a week.
Log all food, water and drinks - I always forget water!
Don't forget to press the 'Complete diary' button. I almost never do.

@HASWLRS I totally know what you mean about needing volume/filling foods! I try to limit food that I know won't keep me satisfied for long! I've turned to Chobani greek yogurt(Peach is my favorite) with fresh fruit or a granola bar that is rather filling and I don't sacrifice too many calories!I hope you figure out what will keep you full!

@mhassan160
I hope the migraine goes away soon. I had one last night. I just had to go to bed. Awesome job staying under calories.1 -
Weight 227
+2lbs
Not worried though. Lots of water retention going on right now. I can’t exercise much because I think I tore my knee, just waiting on the MRI. Hope to get my bicycle cleaned up and running next week. It’s been 4 years!3 -
I finally figured out how to force myself to do meal prep... my deep freezer malfunctioned and thawed everything at once!! 😳
