Not worried though. Lots of water retention going on right now. I can’t exercise much because I think I tore my knee, just waiting on the MRI. Hope to get my bicycle cleaned up and running next week. It’s been 4 years!

@schmonthei Ouch! I hope you have a speedy recovery!!!

I finally figured out how to force myself to do meal prep... my deep freezer malfunctioned and thawed everything at once!! 😳49f2duwfq617.jpeg

@Krysless2 that is a bummer, but maybe the kick you needed this week! :)

I will definitely need it!! The protesting was going on right down the street. My husband and I had to run down in the midst of it and shut one of his stores down. It was a mess and when the freezer went down I had a mini binge.. So this has started my week off with an uphill battle if I want to lose any weight on Saturday the prepping I got out of it should help me out a bit!!

@Krysless2 that is a bummer! I hope that his business escapes unscathed! It is rather terrifying what is going on all over the country right now!

    You CAN keep focus!

    Tracked: Yes
    Under: yes
    Exercise: yes

    Step & Water Challenge:
    Water: 137.8
    Steps: 26,016 (currently)

    Goals:
    10,000 steps: βœ”βœ”βœ”βœ”
    Log all food/drinks: βœ”βœ”βœ”βœ”
    Run 3x/week: βœ”βœ”βœ”βœ”
    Strength: βœ”βœ”(abs)βœ–βœ”(abs)
    Yoga: βœ”βœ”βœ”βœ”
    10 minute abs: βœ”βœ”βœ–βœ”

Edit random share: so this morning I woke up to a weight of 180.5... I was just realizing that my previous weigh in was 180.9, and officially my LOWEST weight in over ten years(that I know of!) I was just excited thinking about it and am eager to continue to prove to myself that I CAN do this. With my previous weight loss in 2014/2015, I had gotten down to 182.9. So, yay!

@cmhubbard92 That is fantastic, Christine.πŸŽ‰ That deserves a great big YAY !
