    Exercise: Yes - did my overall body app workout thingy. Then went for a walk late last night which turned into a run to get away from the rain, thunder and lightening. Excitement.

    @AmyG1982 like i posted before i am on vacation and have no scale, will log again on 25 june, that's when i am back and have a scale again. Sorry, should have just stepped out of this challenge for a month, would have been easier
